Terms & Conditions for Trade Promotion Giveaway – General

Car Hub Australia (hereinafter referred to as ‘Car Hub Australia’ or ‘We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘Our’) is conducting a trade promotion giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contest’ or ‘Giveaway’) for Individuals (hereinafter referred to as ‘Participant’ or ‘Participants’ or ‘Members’ or ‘Entrants’ or ‘Them’ or ‘You’ or ‘Your’ or ‘They’). Different contests will commence on different times. The draw will be conducted in places specified in the specific ‘Terms and Conditions’ for each giveaway.

Conditions of entry into the contest

For a participant to be eligible to enter the contest they must purchase one of our official packages, this will automatically enter them into the current contest. These packages are provided by us on all our advertisements, social media platforms and via contacting us directly. Please see our website for details on our packages at www.carhubaustralia.com.au

The contest is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 who enter in accordance with the terms of conditions for entry.

The participants are required to purchase one of our packages via www.carhubaustralia.com.au or via the links we provide on our social media platforms.
Participants can also purchase a package over the phone via the phone number supplied on our website and/ or our advertisements. The participant will not pay a call charge fee. Car Hub Australia covers all call fees.
The contests will be held at specified venues at specified times. We welcome all participants and the public to attend.
The total prize pool will be specified in the specific ‘Terms & Conditions’ for each giveaway.
The winners of the contest will be drawn and announced live via our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) at times specified in the specific Terms & Conditions.
1. All winners will be published on our Website, Facebook page and Instagram page.
1. Entrants can win multiple prizes. If an entrant’s name happens to be drawn twice, they will receive both prizes.
The contest will be scrutinised by an independent third party.
Car Hub Australia aims to deliver the prize within 14 business days. This is subject to the winner’s response time, location, and availability.
We will cover all delivery and on-road costs relevant in the winner’s state, however we will not cover insurance costs.
If the prize is unclaimed for longer than a period of 45 days from the initial draw, we will conduct a redraw. Any prizes requiring a re-draw will be conducted and published on our website, Facebook page and Instagram page.
The contest is limited to the specified number of entrants in the specific Terms & Conditions for each giveaway. Once we reach the limited participants, our draw will automatically be closed. This will be announced via our social media platforms.
All purchases of packages are non-refundable.
Conditions of entry

Participants can enter the contest given the following:

They agree to the terms and conditions of the contest AND
They are eligible entrant over the age of 18 who enter in accordance with the terms of conditions of entry AND
They purchase a package via the official links.
Representation and Warranties of Car Hub Australia

Car Hub Australia Warrants the following:

The prize of the contest is owned by Car Hub Australia.
The purpose of this contest is to promote the Car Hub Australia brand and bring awareness to the Car Hub Australia brand.
Car Hub Australia do not sell raffle tickets, or any other form of ticket to enter this contest.
All packages purchased will grant participants membership, which will include a specified amount of entries to the giveaway at no extra cost.
Entries to the contest are strictly, and only provided as promotional gifts to the members or customers of Car Hub Australia.
Entries to the contest cannot be purchased and will not be sold separately.
The contest can be won by any participant who purchases a package from our website, or any official link and meets the eligibility criteria.
The contest is funded in whole, by Car Hub WA.
The contest is solely promoted by as Car Hub Australia, ABN: 90 645 365 251.
Representation and warranties of the participant

The Participant represents and warrants that they shall not contact any affiliate, employee, sponsor, or partner of Car Hub Australia to manipulate the Contest results.

DISCLAIMER

By becoming a Member or Customer of Car Hub Australia the Participant agrees to enter the Contest and Agrees that:

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or in connection with the Contest and the promotional gifts shall be resolved individually without any form of class action.
Any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred in entering the Contest, but under no circumstances will Car Hub Australia be responsible for any legal fees.
Participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damage and any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out of pocket expenses incurred in entering the contest.
In no event will Car Hub Australia, their licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their advertising or promotional agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from access to, or use of, the website, electronic or computer malfunctions, or entrant participation in this contest, even if Car Hub Australia was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Car Hub Australia reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Car Hub Australia.
If the Contest is compromised by non-authorised human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Car Hub Australia, that corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Car Hub Australia reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest.
Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Car Hub Australia reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by Law.
Car Hub Australia assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of computer systems, servers, software, internet service providers, or e-mail systems, failure of any entry to be received on account of technical problems or incomplete, late, lost, damaged, illegible, or misdirected electronic communications, or any combination thereof.
The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
